For 2009 we came up with a totally new Power Wave board concept which is the result of our 4 years development of kite boards dedicated to wave riding. Our goal was to make wave sailing as accessible and fun-oriented as possible by applying the newest technologies and materials.
You can set up the new Power Wave as a classical directional with 100% wave or as a mutant with 70% wave and 30% twin tip performance. If you prefer the smooth surf style and are confident in your gybe, choose the thruster fin setup and fit the footstraps in the back to achieve a directional setup.
If you favour the spectacular and dynamic style of wave riding, yet do not feel comfortable on a pure directional board, just move the footstraps forwards, remove one of the thruster fins and fit one small nose fin. You won't believe how quickly you can get out of an uncomfortable situation without gybing and turning your back on the devastating effects of a hungry wave about to swallow you.
This very thin and flexible board is ready for high jumps and tough landings. It's equipped with inverted ABS rails, 10mm moulded EVA pads and comfortable symmetrical footstraps. Featuring a set of G10 fins with M6 bolts mounting round up a nearly indestructible wave riding machine.
